I Was thinking the exact same thing. I don't think it was just that time though, we have social mannerisms today that other people find strange or foolish that can effect people great( example mass media). If you travel to another culture you can discuss some of their customs and get their opinions on some of theres. I personally find that stuff fascinating, how so much and so little can change from place to place or from year to year.
